Access is from the street via the lower level, while the living area is raised on the level above and connects at the rear to the garden on the same plane.
A horizontal timber cladding wraps the entire building, including the terrace and balcony. These are thereby covered and protected, yet remain open to the garden and reinforce the harmonious overall impression.
