A bakehouse like a sliced loaf
The existing hall was converted into a bakery. The main facade received numerous, irregularly scattered window openings—a perforated facade that recalls the split crust of a crisp loaf. Behind it, a bright, airy interior reveals itself, like the open crumb of a freshly baked loaf.
The garage extension is as round as a loaf itself. In the evening, the glowing windows make the building shine and offer glimpses of the fragrant delights. A place that invites you to linger—for a cup of coffee and your daily bread.
